Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests for downloadable Codex skills are considered while preserving rights that cannot be limited by law.

A digital skill can be copied and used immediately after access is provided. Change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered after a download has been accessed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligible problems
- Duplicate charges for the same order.
- A download was not delivered and support cannot restore access.
- A file is corrupt or materially incomplete and cannot be replaced.
- The product is materially different from its description.
- A refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.
Requesting a refund
Use the Contact page and include the purchasing email, product name, order reference, date, and a clear description of the problem. Never send full card numbers or payment credentials.
Review and payment
We may request information needed to reproduce a delivery or file problem. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Provider processing times are outside our control.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Some regions provide withdrawal rights for online purchases. Rules for digital content can depend on whether immediate delivery began with express consent and acknowledgment. Nothing in this policy removes a right that applies by law.
